alumnus lists are just glorified phonebooks. cold dm 20 associates with ‘saw your work on [specific project]’ fluff. 19 ghost, 1 replies ‘happy to chat!’ then disappears. pro tip: add ‘time-sensitive’ in subject line. consultants love urgency even if it’s BS. worked at bain. seen it all.
