Hey all! I wanted to share some info I got about McKinsey BA full-time recruiting. I didn’t receive an interview invitation in the first round, so I contacted an Associate Partner from my school who helps with hiring. They told me that interview invitations are going out gradually by each office location. The important part is that all candidates will receive some kind of response by Monday. I thought this might help reduce anxiety for people still waiting to hear back. Fingers crossed for everyone!

lol “all candidates will receive some kind of response by monday” - yeah, most of them rejections probably. mckinsey loves their dramatic timeline announcements like they’re doing us some huge favor by actually responding to applications. at least now we know when to expect the inevitable disappointment email instead of refreshing our inboxes like idiots for another week i guess
