I’m currently between jobs and have decided to completely restart my job hunting process. I have about 2 years of work experience in management consulting and business analytics roles. Right now I’m focusing my search on European markets, though I’m also open to positions in the UK and India.
I’m really struggling to get my resume noticed by recruiters and hiring managers. My applications seem to disappear into black holes and I rarely hear back from companies. I think the problem might be with how I’m presenting my experience and skills on paper.
Would anyone be willing to take a look at my resume and give me some honest feedback? I’m particularly interested in advice on how to format it better and highlight my consulting and analytics background in a way that catches attention. Any tips on what recruiters in these fields are actually looking for would be amazing.
I’m open to completely restructuring it if needed. At this point I just want something that will help me get past the initial screening process.

your timing might be off - european companies tend to freeze hiring at this time. consider looking at smaller consultancies; they often have less strict ats systems and may actually read resumes. also, don’t forget to use enough white space because recruiters only glance at resumes for like 6 seconds.
