Hey everyone! I’m in my final year at University of Toronto and I’m looking to break into investment banking as an analyst starting in 2026. I’ve been sending out applications but I’m not getting many responses back. I’m wondering if there are specific things I should focus on for my resume to make it stand out to recruiters. What sections should I prioritize? Should I emphasize certain experiences over others? I know IB is super competitive so I want to make sure my resume is as strong as possible before I keep applying.
