The community’s PTO stacking guides mention combining sick days with ‘natural downtime’, but every time I try, a new deal blows up my plan. For those at GS/JPM – how far in advance do you plot vacations using pipeline forecasts? Any tricks to lock in recovery time without looking replaceable?
