lol at ‘brutally honest’ - most resume swaps are circlejerks where everyone says ‘looks great!’ to avoid real work. find someone who left consulting and doesnt care about being polite. better yet, swap with engineers - they’ll destroy your fluffy bullet points faster than a partner during fireable feedback fridays
