How do you prioritize tasks when everything seems urgent?

In product management, it often feels like everything is a priority. To tackle this, I’ve learned to categorize my tasks based on impact and effort. By determining which tasks can lead to the most significant outcomes with the least amount of effort, I can focus my energy more effectively. Using tools like Kanban boards has also provided clarity on what needs immediate attention. I’d love to hear how others handle prioritization, especially in high-pressure situations.

great tips! i really think just writing everything down helps too! it let’s you see what needs doing first. stay positive!

wow, kanban boards sound cool! i’m gonna try that. thanks for the idea!

prioritizing is a joke. we all know the ‘urgent’ tasks are mostly bs. just pick what’s gonna get you through the day and don’t stress too much over the rest.
