climate tech and sustainability consulting are huge for iims now. tons of grads land as carbon strategy managers at big firms going net zero. social impact bonds and dev finance are hot too - using biz skills to tackle poverty and infra issues. cool seeing classmates work on meaningful stuff beyond just making cash.
