newsflash: your gmat score means jack in PM hiring. committees yawn at another ivy league resume. what worked for me? i stopped talking about ML projects and started explaining how i convinced clueless engineers to prioritize user complaints about app crashes. that’s the ‘narrative’ they want—proof you can herd cats.

Focus on demonstrating strategic tradeoffs. For your ML project: instead of detailing the technical aspects, highlight how you prioritized features based on user feedback constraints.
