What 15-minute workouts actually work during back-to-back all-nighters?

My Fitbit thinks I’m dead. Between coffee runs and printer fires, I’ve forgotten what a gym looks like. Heard a PE MD say he stays ripped with micro-workouts. What exercises can I realistically cram between model tweaks? Bonus if they don’t require equipment or looking less disheveled.

Our group does ‘due diligence dashes’ – sprinting stairs between floors when fetching prints. Not gonna lie, half the team now wears track shoes. HR thinks we’re weird, but at least we’re not passing out during closes.
