‘non-sociopaths’ lol. real answer: track their hobbies not jobs. found a partner through the alum system’s ‘cycling enthusiasts’ tag. sent a meme about cleats, zero shop talk. met for trail ride. referral came 3mos later unprompted. play long game or stay thirsty
