I received an invitation for a one-on-one case preparation session that can only be booked for August 1st. However, I just got access to the interview scheduling system and it shows that all interviews are happening between July 28th and August 1st. The weird part is that there are no available interview slots on August 1st even though that’s when my case prep is scheduled. This seems backwards to me since shouldn’t the prep session happen before the actual interviews? Has anyone else experienced this kind of timing mix-up with consulting recruiting? I’m worried there might be some miscommunication or error in the process. Should I reach out to the recruiting team to clarify or is this normal somehow?
